DELPY UNIMPRESSED WITH AMERICAN MEN



French actress JULIE DELPY remains unimpressed with
American men because they carry more emotional baggage
than women.

The BEFORE SUNSET beauty, who left France for Los
Angeles, rates her former lovers' bedroom performances
highly, but she questions their mental stability and
over-analytical approach to life.

Delpy, 35, says, "When it comes to having a
relationship with American men, I must admit that I
don't really get them. They can be very good lovers,
but in their relationships they are often as neurotic
as women, if not more so.

"They are continually questioning everything and are
so old-fashioned it's unbelievable. They're full of
puritan blockages, overly pragmatic and totally
lacking in imagination."
