Sorry not to be able to help, and if no one else here can it might
be worth trying the messageboard at BBCi, there's quite a bit of
discussion about it there.

I'd say normally the BBC would put this out commercially, but
according to the Radio Times the viewing figures have been
disappointing, so not sure how certain that is now. Seems
incredible - it's a cracking plot, really well written and brilliant
performances from everyone (especially John of course! <g>), I'm
loving it!
