Veteran actress JOAN COLLINS has been left bruised and beaten by
former DYNASTY co-star LINDA EVANS, according to reports. The pair,
who played the warring Alexis Colby and Krystle Carrington in the
1980s' US TV series, were embroiled in bitter fights during Legends -
a play which centres on the story of two former, feuding movie
stars. And Collins claims Evans took the physical abuse too far on
several occasions. A spokesperson for Collins says, "She ended the
tour with a sprained knee, a scar on her hand and almost choked to
death. "Evans kicked Joan's hand so hard she has a permanent scar
and cannot wear a ring on her right hand. And she spent five weeks
in therapy when Evans allegedly pushed her off the stage." But
Evans' manager Mike Greenfield refuted the claims, saying, "Linda
hurting somebody? I find it unbelievable. "
High glamour! Joan Collins and Linda Evans known as Alexis and
Krystle from "Dynasty" are battling it out again. The two just
finished up a 30-week tour of the play "Legends!" The show was
supposed to come to Broadway, but that doesn't seem likely.
Joan is pissed off at Linda, because she says Linda purposely hurt
her. Joan's rep says, "Joan ended the tour with a sprained knee, a
scar on her hand and almost choked to death!!! Evans kicked Joan's
hand so hard that she now has a permanent scar and cannot wear a
ring on her right hand. And she spent five weeks in therapy when
Evans took it too far and allegedly pushed her off the stage."
The play had a few cat fight scenes in it and Joan claims Linda went
too far by trying to kill her! Five weeks of therapy? I love it!
Joan seriously had a writer come up with that crap.
Linda's camp fires back! "Joan Collins is the biggest fucking sack
of shit. She's the single most unprofessional actress working in
Hollywood. Linda Evans hurting somebody? I find it unbelievable. "
This is news to me! Joan is actually working in Hollywood? Yeah
right!
The producer of the show said he was unaware of Joan's injuries and
therapy. He seemed to take Linda's side. Joan responded with, "I'm
surprised they are saying this. It was an unpleasant experience
which is now over and the people you refer to are thankfully out of
my life!"
