Open registration for New Edge Mambo Hip Hop concludes tomorrow
Friday, June 3rd. 320 people have signed up for the Bronx Theater
Company Yahoo group and WEPAnews service since it officially opened
its doors on May 20th, 2005.

The group will be getting together at Café Lou's in the North
Bronx next Tuesday Jnne 7th to catch the free admision New Edge Film
Series presentation of City Lore Films "MAMBO TO HIP HOP", an
exciting soon to be released documentary by Henry Chlafant (creator
of the seminal look at grafitti "Style Wars".)

On tap for that night: a surprise visit by a major Salsa recording
star that can help Jenny from the Block forget her Mother In Law
problems.

Past guest stars at New Edge shows have included trombonist Papo
Vazquez, singer Henry Fiol, trombonist Jimmy Bosch, Miss Melody and
Boston's Alofoque, pianist Jose Lantigua, the late comedian Louie
Caballero, Poet Pedro Pietri, Reggaeton sensation Luna Fina, Gay
Theater King Jade Esteban Estrada, Broadway Star Damon Evans, and
composer David Amram,
