Thanks Bailin and Sage!
This is my 2nd major layoff (my last one was 1998 which brought me
to Fidelity in the first place). It was bad enough my job was
moving to NC so I had to find a job, but to find that job and then
be laid off in 5 months was insane. I am just hoping the group I am
moving to isn't part of the next round that is rumored to be coming.
It would have been nice to find a job that had a promotion attached,
but I will settle for what I got. ;-) I just hope I get a little
decent money in my Bonus given the very short stint I've been with
the team and my previous accomplishments may not be considered. I
little extra cash always helps. ;-)
Snowed here overnight...I'm not ready for winter.
BTW, I post tv listing updates in the JCFC forum when I get the
chance. I'll be better about updating main page soon...just so much
to do for JumpCon. If you are planning on attending the Boston
event don't forget to email me.
