Yes the group has been rather lifeless as of late. There's no doubt
about it. The file messages to which you refer were, as you may
already know, the equivalent of "spam," left here by some moron who
probably left the same junk files in hundreds of other Yahoo Groups.

The messages and the files have been deleted.

I'm not sure I agree with your wording there. I wouldn't dismiss
another TV series as a possibility, although I would agree that it
seems a fairly high improbability.
