I am always intrigued when another talented entertainer is a fan of
Ingrid. I am reading Julie Andrew's autobiography "Home" and she
mentions that while she was doing 'My Fair Lady', Ingrid came back
stage to see her. Julie says she was tall, radiant, and natural.
Ingrid asked to use her 'john' in her dressing room and for days Julie
says she would not sit on the hallowed seat. I think that is great
that 'Mary Poppins' was in awe of Ingrid. But I have never read of any
actor or actress that wasn't in awe of her.
