From what I read in her book, My Story, Rossellini called Ingrid on
the phone and said:, "Can you imagine I have to see all these
movies," Ingrid said, "Of course you do. You're the President of the
Jury. When I was President of the Jury in 1973 I thought
that seeing all the movies was the only pleasant thing about the
entire festival."
