Most film recorders will have a NLE in the system.
If not they will certainly be able to deal with digibeta.
You can deinterlace in your sd online or at the film recorder stage
(often the guys at the film out are better at deinterlacing and grading
for film...)
Can't see the point of going from 4:2:2 SD to HDCAM 3:1:1 for a film out
