Hi everyone,

The thing I like about HD is you get a new question every day!

We've got a client requesting a cross convert from 1080i50 to 720p50 -
but obviously our HDCam machines won't record that as they are 1080
only. The Panny D5 and DVCProHD will both do 720p59 and 720p60... but
not 720p50.

Has anyone come across a VTR that will record this format ?

[Note that this request is even more bizarre as you'd think they would
have an idea of what they would want to replay the tape on ;-) ]
