A fellow-filmmaker asked me to use of HD-F900 in his music video
production next month. I have a broad experience in shooting SP, SX
and Digi... never shot in HD.

What do I need to be aware of about the 900 camcorder in my case? I
have a medium understanding of the HD format, and specs of the
camcorder. Are there crucial settings I should be aware of which did
not matter in SP,SX or Digi?

We are planning on editing it with 4:3 ratio Avid (Composer most
likely). What is the procedure about converting 16:9 to 4:3? I'm
located in NYC.
