Part One was most interesting. I agree with dkelly, the program is well made
and the controversy is blown out of proportion. Once again I will say that if
it was not for HK's role I would not have any interest in watching the program.
In the opening statement the producers presented enough of a disclaimer that
anyone watching it would clearly understand that it was a dramatization and not
a factual documentary.
I am just always proud of HK for doing things other actors would not, mainly,
taking on controversial roles. Part of his performance reminded me of his role
as Mr. Wolf in Pulp Fiction .... just the way he approached a scene or two.
This past weekend was a very busy one for me, I had and entretained company
all weekend, I knew I was going to be very tired last night and although I did
doze here and there during the program I did watch most of it. Will definitely
watch Part Two tonight.
Oh ... potitically speaking ... no opinion lol ......
Anyone else watch Part One last night ?
Love and Light,
Doberlady

Well, now I've seen part one of the film, and think the controversy
is blown out of proportion. It actually is a very well made,
entertaining film. Even if there is a lot of fiction in it. Just like
Stone's "JFK", it makes for a good thriller/fictionalization of
something BASED on or INSPIRED by true events. And, supposedly, Bush
takes his lumps in part two also. We'll see.
And, yes, Keitel supported John Kerry last election.
