I've heard about the project, "America", but it was supposed to
happen last summer (and didn't), so I'm not sure if it's still on or
not.

Meanwhile, a new Asian film (from Singapore) with a mostly Asian
cast called "One Last Dance" will premiere at Sundance Film Festival
in January 2006. It seems Keitel has a small role in it.

Also, the indie label THINKFilm has acquired the rights to, not
one, but TWO previously unavailable projects of Harvey's.

First, the film "Beeper". It is a thriller about a doctor's kid who
gets kidnapped while on a trip to India. The doctor goes up against
drug dealers to get his child back. Keitel plays a drug dealer; Joey
Lauren Adams plays a cop. The film has been on the shelf since 2002.
It is going to be released on DVD on January 17,2006.

Second, THINKFilm has also acquired the rights to the long in the
coming "Dreaming of Julia" (AKA "Cuba Libre"), a film I have heard
nothing but GREAT things about ever since 2000. They will release it
at an as yet unannounced time next year. It may recieve some
theatrical distribution.

Also, remember the release of "Shadows in the Sun" on DVD on Feb.7,
2006, as well.
