Hey,
They will never show a film like Blue Collar on TV, simply because of the
profanity. You would be better off going to the local video store and renting
it. Also, Reservoir Dogs, Fingers, Mean Streets, and Smoke, are essential films
for any Keitel fan. Maybe Taxi Driver as well.
By the way, do you guys think Keitel would have played a good Sonny Corleone in
the Godfather??

Hey pt,
Thanks for the movie list.
I have seen "Bad Lieutenant" last year on Independent Film
Channel, and I could say that Mr. Keitel gave his most daring
performance. It was also sort of coming-of-age for me. This film was
the first NC-17 flick I have ever seen my life, and through sheer
mental courage I sat myself through the film without flinching,
changing the channel, or turning the TV off. The ending was
surprising and sad.
I have saw plenty of his other films, but not the others mentioned
on your list. I will rent them or get a chance to see them on TV.
