I have it, but it's buried in a trunk out in the wash room. May take
a week to get to it and get it copied. Can RECORD onto DVD now,
also, as well as VHS.

(Now that I am back at my computer and now have a DVD recorder, I am
going to be making a DVD of miscellaneous rare appearances,
interviews, photos, etc. which will be for sale. The proceeds will
help fund next year's 15th anni memorial page in the Hollywood
Reporter, since there are no other sources to help pay for this
pricey ad, besides my own tiny bank account.

If interested let me know. I'll post a list of the things on the DVD
when compiled.
