Frances Gumm was born in 1922. Her career started in the early 20's in Vaudeville. In the 30's/40's she was a successful film actress, but was now known as JUDY GARLAND. In the 50's/60's Judy rediscovered live theatre and performed in many concerts all over the world. It was in Chelsea, London, 1969, that Judy Garland tragically, and infamously, died from a drug overdose. Today, Judy Garland is still incredibly popular; 'The Wizard of Oz' and all her other projects ensure an ever-growing fan base. Judy Garland partook of a love affair with her public; she was one of the most beloved and talented entertainers of the 20th Century.This is a place were genuine (and beautiful!) fans can come and celebrate the late, great Judy Garland =)
