I can't think of one either. I recall some time back the question was raised as
to why the apes have an army at all, since they have no enemies to fight, the
humans being more of a nuisance. The answer is obvious: They don't have an army,
they have a police/secutity force, and Urko is Chief of Security. The General
title is probably because of the resemblance to Ursus, at least with regards to
the helmet and collar.
