Don't forget to include the following...

1. SYNOPSIS - just a page, not more than 300 words
2. DETAILED SEQUENCE GUIDE - between 50 to 60 sequences (format:
double-spaced, letter-sized bond paper, 1 inch margin all around,
Courier 12 pts.)
3. RESUME/BIODATA
4. Two (2) recent 2x2 coloured ID PICTURES
5. Sample of previous works in DVD (e.g. short films)

Pasay 1200, Philippines. (before 6PM)
