It's with great sadness that I write this... Franchot's youngest son, Jeff, 59,
passed away last week after a brief battle with cancer. It is a tremendous loss
for the Tone family, and on a personal note I've lost a friend who took great
delight in knowing that his dad still had so many fans around the world and on
the internet - you made him smile. :)

This is a very difficult time for the Tone family, please keep them in your
thoughts and prayers.
