It would be great. They might do it for you since you're his
biographer, which basically make you family right? (these are his
sons, his grandchildren and his biographer :D ) You're extended
family now. :) Gosh I hope we don't have to wait until september but
I bet you're right. If they can't put it on his birthday the next
place would his deathiversary.
