Variety reported that Lloyd has been cast in a new version of the
popular fairytale classic "Jack and the Beanstalk". Some research
indicates that the movie is set to begin filming at the end of July.

Colin Ford ("The Dog Days of Summer") has landed the lead role in
"Jack and the Beanstalk" alongside Christopher Lloyd and Cheri Oteri.
Ford plays Jack, who must perform a heroic deed to avoid flunking out
of fairytale school. Pic will lense in Los Angeles with Gary
Tunnicliffe directing.
