To my knowledge, the BBC documentary has not aired in the United
States, so I don't think it ever aired on the Game Show Network. So
it was awesome to find it online. :)

As for why the car and the creator had such difficulty, you should
check out the documentary for the full story, but it seemed like just
a lot of bad luck.
