hey everyone
did anyone catch the repeat of lloyd's guest appearance on "malcolm
in the middle" this past week? it was great, i love that show.
anyhow, here's some more updates in case you think nothing's going
on, hehe.
new episodes of "cyberchase" have kept airing, proving that the show
has been incredibly successful. academics and viewers have nothing
but praise for this math-based cartoon that combines creativity,
animation, and learning. ratings for the show as well as visits to
the official website have remained high, so i would expect even more
new episodes to be made when time permits. new guest voice talent
has included al roker, bebe neuwirth, and jane curtin.
"the dream team" will come out on dvd on july 1st. also, "camp
nowhere" is expected to make it's dvd debut in august. all i know
about these transfers thus far is that the "dream team" dvd will be
presented in widescreen format (yay!).
the "tremors" series episode "project 4-12", which is actually the
first one filmed with lloyd and the one that introduces his
character, is set to finally air in late june (i believe it's on
june 27th, but check your listngs or scifi.com to verify). i'm not
sure why SciFi channel chose to air his appearances out of order,
but oh well.
a couple weeks ago, lloyd was a presenter at the annual saturn
awards. this year's star-studded turn out for the 2003 Saturn
awards had both fans and industry professionals talking. The awards
are given by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Film
and honor that genre of films. winners and presenters this year
included steven spielberg and peter jackson. "lord of the rings"
took home quite a few awards, and so did the show "farscape".
anyhow, for a pic of lloyd at the event, here's a link:

enjoy!
