Rita mentioned her upcoming Fellowship in a recent email:

"I am off to Liverpool soon to receive my Fellowship from The John Moores
University on the 21st of July, [Rita's younger daughter] Aisha is coming, my
[oldest] brother Peter and my Sister-in-law Beryl, the [Richard] Lester's and
other friends so it should be a nice occasion, needless to say I am really
nervous as I have to address the audience - albeit briefly - but all the
Graduands will be there from the Screen School, Arts and social Science, School
of Media, Critical and Creative Arts, they will be receiving their well earned
degrees. Aisha is going to take some photographs so I will get her to send you
some."

When and if I receive photos of the occasion, I'll share them with our group.
