Good news! Rita's 1969 film "The Bed Sitting Room" is ***finally*** being
released on DVD on 25 May 2009.

The Region 2 release is from BFI Video, the same outfit that did such a fine job
releasing "A Taste Of Honey" in 2002 with audio commentary featuring Rita and
Dora Bryan. No word yet on any commentary track or extra features for "Bed
Sitting Room".

I'd also like to give a thumbs-up to the new Region 2 DVD of "A Place To Go".
Just received the DVD myself, and Odeon Entertainment has done a fine job
remastering this film. My only disappointment is that there are no subtitles or
extras of any kind.
