Last night's broadcast of "A Taste Of Honey" on the Sky Movies Classics
channel was in anamorphic widescreen format. Hopefully, next week's
broadcast of "The Leather Boys" will also be in anamorphic widescreen.
This is great news, since the official DVD releases are letterboxed
widescreen, not anamorphic.

If you have one of the newer 16:9 widescreen television sets, an
anamorphic picture will expand to fill your screen, whereas a
letterboxed version will permanently retain the 'black bars' above and
below the image, thus sacrificing some of your available screen area.

I will make an American version (a timebase conversion from PAL to
NTSC) as soon as I can.
