since their Oxford Street store is pretty close to Rita's flat in
Westminster.

Their website shows a great many floral arrangements; I was thinking
of a price range of £25 - £35. If I receive more contributions, then
we could afford to purchase a larger and more expensive arrangement.

Either that, or add a secondary gift, like a box of chocolates. I
can't decide which is better -- more flowers, or flowers plus
chocolates? Any comments/opinions?
