Rita will appear in a thriller by director Pupi Avati, parts of which
will be shot in the USA and in Rome. They will be shooting Rita's
scenes in Davenport, Iowa, from 28 August to 09 September 2006.

Her older daughter, Dodonna, lives in the Los Angeles area, as well as
her good friends Lynn Redgrave and Michael York, but Rita says that
there is no time in the schedule for her to do any traveling within the
US. Dodonna will try to visit Davenport while Rita is there.

Rita says that she would love to meet any members of our fan club who
might be able to visit Davenport during her stay. (Ken, it looks like
you are the closest, in Ohio.) The nearest airports of reasonable size
are Chicago and Des Moines.

It would help if we knew when she might have some free time to meet
fans. When she arrives in the States and learns her schedule, she'll
give me a call, and I'll then pass along the info via this board.
