Yesterday (Saturday 18 2 06) my cousin and I went in search of
locations that still exist in Manchester UK. If any one would like e-e-
e-copies of the photos please get in touch at e-mail
address radiogak@.... The photos we managed to obtain are:

The long flight of steps on which Jo and Jimmy declare their love
The approaches to the steps under the arch
The railings and barriers at the top of the stairs
The street along which Jo runs after she leaves Jimmy at the
bottom of the steps (the mill chimney is still there in the background
and the recreation ground is still on the left)
The canal wide on which Geoff and Jo are standing when the baby first
kicks her (again there is a distinctive mill and chimney in the
background)
The lock gates although now repaired near the canal wide

The majority of this film was shot in Bradford and Holt Town
which are suburbs of Manchester approx 1 mile from the City Centre
