As I mentioned last month, I have been transferring my collection of
Rita movies to DVD, and am happy to share these with members of the
club.
As I said before, I don't wish to infringe on any copyrights, so I
won't make a copy of anything that can be purchased retail, but just
for those cases where a retail DVD for that region does not exist.
They're for private home use only, not for resale, and I won't make a
profit on them, but will only charge for materials and postage.
I'd like to thank all of you who gave me such glowing feedback
about "The Trap" DVD's that I made. Like you, I'm also very pleased
with the restored color and sharpness. It turned out very nicely
indeed.
This month, I've been able to transfer
* A Taste Of Honey (1961)
* Girl With Green Eyes (1963)
* The Jokers (1967) -- not a Tush film, but a rare comedy
with Rita's co-stars from "The Knack" and "The Trap",
Michael Crawford and Oliver Reed
* Diamonds For Breakfast (1968)
* The Guru (1969)
* The Bed Sitting Room (1969)
* Life Beyond The Box: Margo (2003)

If you can't recall the subject matter of a movie, check out the
FILMOGRAPHY file in the group's FILES section for a short synopsys of
each film. (The same synopses can also be found on my Rita fan site,
http://www.ritatushingham.com.)
Addendum -- I sent a complimentary copy of Rita's detested "The Man
Who Fell Apart" to Rita. She has been completely occupied with
family business lately, so I have not heard whether she graciously
accepted the DVD, or stomped on it in disgust, or perhaps used it for
target practice. I'll let you know when I find out.
Cheers,
Robert
