DVDShrink is a very easy to use tool, and free, but it has not been upgraded
the last few years so may not tackle the latest DVD encryption thingies. Of
the free ones, this is/was the best one, IMO.

Otherwise there is DVDFab, which is worth it's price if you need to backup
alot.
