Ralph has appeared in many films, including "Wuthering Heights," "Schindler's List," "Quiz Show," "Strange Days," "The English Patient," "Onegin," "Sunshine," and "The End of the Affair," and stage productions, including "Hamlet," "Richard II," "Coriolanus", and "Brand." He is the only actor to win a Tony for playing Hamlet.

He is a versatile and subtle actor, and the more we see of his work, the more we admire him. We do try to keep information on his private life to a minimum; he does not owe us anything, and we respect his privacy as a human being, who happens to be a fantastic actor.
