I have read the above book quite a few years ago but didn't discover
any link to the family through the marriage of James Wray to my
grandmothers sister in Australia.
James Wray travelled on the ship Star Queen from London on the 2nd of
December 1874.
He was 33 years old, according to the passenger list.
So far I haven't looked into the possibility of James being a grand
uncle of Fay,but it would be an interesting little story to add to the
Gorry family history if I could discover the connection.
Cheers
