I sent out a bunch emails to whoever I could so I could learn more
about Ru's new film A YEAR AND A DAY and her involvment in it. I
got a response recently from one of the films leading actors, Sean
Gullette, who's other credits include REQUIEM FOR A DREAM, and PI.

Here's what he sent:

Not quite my place to respond to this; I've met Fairuza just a
couple times and I certainly dig her work but don't know her well. I
sent this along to the director who will respond soon tho they're in
the thick of shooting now.

I think this email furthers my thoughts that Fairuza has a good role
in the film. I hope to get an email from the director some time
soon, so he can shed some more light on this film.
