Blacksheep Films is casting for "Mother's Greed" a
non-union full-length feature, written and directed by
Michael Alexander. This film will be shot in 24p in
the Mercer County area (Central NJ) on weekends
starting in February, ending late March. Actors will
be needed every weekend for shoots. All principle
roles will be paid.
Auditions will take place:
January 12, 2008 (weather permitting)
Saturday, 10 am to 12 pm

Please bring a picture of yourself and be prepared to
do a cold read. No appointments necessary.
The Producers request that you bring a headshot/resume
or non returnable photo with all your contact
information. All actors will audition from the
provided sides. If auditioning, please do not arrive
no later than 11:45 am, for doors will be close.

Principle Roles - ($50.00 per filming day. Rate is
adjustable):
Bobby: 7-10 yrs old, any ethnicity, skinny to average
physique. Bobby has a lot of scenes where he doesn't
speak, therefore the actor for this role must be able
to show emotions through face and eyes. He is the
heart of the story and all revolves around his
eagerness to live.
Catherine: 40's-50's, any ethnicity, skinny to average
physique. Conceded, money hungry mother role of Bobby
who will do anything in her power for a payday,
including harming her own son.
Joanne: 12-15 yrs old, heavy set, any ethnicity. Her
mother's flunky and follows along with the plan.
Grandfather: 60's-70's, skinny to average, any
ethnicity. He is a loving supporter of Bobby. They
share a unique bond of love.
SUPPORTING ROLES (These roles are for DEFERRED pay.)
Bill (Any ethnicity). 40-50 yr age range. A corrupt
lawyer.
Margret (Any ethnicity). 60-70 yr age range. Bill's
secretary.
We will also be casting for extras of any ethnicity,
any build.
