The trend in the music industry today is to release a CD and a DVD in one package, or an enhanced CD with audio tracks and a few videos. Great marketing and gives your fans more bang for their buck.

            What you need to know about making a music video with Axis Video:

 

You provide the talent, props and location. You also need to get any permission or permits needed to use a location. If you need help locating actors, actresses or models, let us know, we can recommend some very good ones, but it is up to you to work out a payment or compensation plan with them.

 

            Axis will shoot and edit the video, supply you with up to 10 master copies on DVD or VHS. It is up to you to duplicate and package the disks/VHS.

 

 

            Everyone appearing on camera must sign a release form granting us permission to film them. The band (and label) must also sign a release allowing us to use the audio off of their CD for the audio in the music video. If your band wishes to appear in the video wearing signed (major artists) bands T-shirts, I recommend that you approach the band and ask permission 1st, we are not responsible for logo/copyright infringement.

 

Our compensation:
Depends on the depth of commitment to your craft..the more  complicated your video, the more it will cost....email for more details 
  

 

For us to even consider making a video for your band, we need:

 

1) Copy of the song on CD.

 

2) Copy of the lyrics emailed to us.

 

3) A basic outline/script of what you want for the video. (If you need help, we have an excellent writer on board to assist)

 

4) At least a $600 budget

 

Once we hand over the final product it is up to you to market it…of course we will promote it too, since it is a shining example of our work.
