You might be able to find sample tests online. Depending on the type of
test you are going to write, do a search based on the type of test or
course and see what you can find. Some students will openly talk about a
standardized test on a message board and tell people what they can
expect. There are also some great study guides online by subject to help
you learn what might be on your test or give you a practice test to help
you see how close to ready you really are.
