I hope this note finds you well and life treating you beautifully.  I received a message from Erin this morning requesting assistance with a project she’s working on and have discovered that we are in need of your help as well.  She’s in the process of putting together a new press kit promoting her speaking engagements and is in need of video copies of her speaking at assorted conventions.  If you have any material that you can copy or can send to us to copy and return, it would be greatly appreciated.  Please send me an email letting me know what you have and in what format (VHS or DVD) and I’ll send you my DHL account information for shipping purposes.  She needs everything as soon as humanly possible, so please get with me as soon as you can.
