Laughter, Love & Nekkid Cartoon Characters at a special Valentine's themed disTHIS! Film Screening: THIS Wednesday, February 6th!

Shown with the 2004 Academy award-winning short subject, HARVIE KRUMPET, which tells the cradle to almost grave tale of an ordinary man seemingly cursed with bad luck. Don't believe me? Enduring everything frrom being born with Tourette's Syndrome to getting struck by lightning – twice! – to testicular cancer to Alzheimer’s Disease, Harvie "bravely triumphs" over one disaster after another. Along the way Harvie falls in love, adopts a Thalidomide baby, fights for animal rights and becomes a geriatric nudist.
Did we mention it's a comedy? A dark comedy, for sure, but hilarious nonetheless. HARVIE KRUMPET is an animated gem which explores triumph over adversity while subverting all tiresome stereotypes and attempts at knee-jerk classification.
