Hi there to old and welcome to new members of the group! It'd been a while since
i've been on the net, much less on andrea's site, but very cool to see all the
updates regarding the new work David S. will be doing on stage! Can't believe
it's been 3 years since i left NY state, time does go way too fast. So wish i
could pop back there and see another stage reading(love those!) or play with the
great man himself, but this year is just out of the question, trying to sort out
life and my next step after having to say a forced adieu to my life/job here in
london-work visa ending :( On the recent topics: I am looking forward to seeing
Julie/Julia on the weekend, read the book, and found it very good read, of
course the DS mentions did add some interest to it.

I have not seen Cold Souls as yet, dunno if it'll reach London and with me
having to depart by Oct I dont think i'll be able to see it, will hav to wait
for DVD. Also I am still seeking a dvd copy of 'evidence of blood' and
'speakeasy'- anyone know where I can find some? To those of you going to the NY
events-hav a fab time!

I'd really like to return to the US next year, but the only feasible way for me
to do so would be to apply for another J1 visa nl. the US career training visa.
I can do trhis through and agency but the thing is one need's to secure your own
employment.

A bit hard in general if you dont know anyone looking, esp in the current
climate, but if any of the group has any advice or recommendations for me, I'd
be much ablidged. I'd be happy to send along a cover letter and resume, as i
really want to try and return to the US. Just thought i'd put it out here, you
never know, lightning could strike.
