Subject: [AmericanHi5] Sea World San Diego
Just wanted give an update on the performances at Sea
World in San Diego on Saturday. It turned out to be a
gorgeous day after a cloudy morning. The gang ended
up performing on the stage originally set for them in
the main entrance area to the park. When you walked
in, you could see the backdrop for the Hi-5 stage
show. By the time I got there, about 3:20pm, the gang
had gathered a small crowd as they were doing sound
checks. They were so friendly and interacted with the
crowd as usual. When I held up the sign we made for
the performances that said "HI-5 ROCKS SAN DIEGO &
JULIA AND AUDREY LOVE HI-5", they recognized us and
started to wave! How cool was that!
The performances ROCKED! Everyone was so excited to
see them and hear all the songs live. I especially
loved when they sang "Some Kind Of Wonderful" and
they loved it because my girls & I already new the
song and dance moves. It was crowded by the stage
since there were no chairs to sit on so it was
standing room only. All the kids had an awesome time
and it was well worth the effort.
I met up with Mary Lou & Shane from Utah, Joy from San
Diego, Eleanor & Lisa from OC and I also saw some old
friends that I haven't seen in years who now have kids
that love Hi-5 too. We also met so many other Hi-5
fans that we had such a great time.
I want to send out a big THANK YOU to everyone in
Hi-5: Curtis, Jenn, Karla, Kimee & Shaun. You are all
so incredibly generous and loving to your fans that we
appreciate it immensely. I can't tell you enough how
happy & excited we were to see you after so long.
We'll always be there to support you.

later.
