Vicky
Mansfield leaves Odeon Marble Arch -
Today (13th August) sees Vicky Mansfield leaving not only Marble Arch
cinema, but also Odeon
to head to a new job as Media Management Operator for Red Bee Media
based at White City. Vicky said that she is sad to be leaving the
industry but feels things have changed significantly over the ten years
she has been working within cinemas. Although this new job offers a
range of career opportunities within the broadcast and film sector,
it's not all bad news as Vicky doesn't want to completely turn her back
on the cinema industry and is keen to both keep in touch with collegues
and would also like to do some freelance projection work. She has also
promised to write some articles for this site. So the best of luck and
many congratulations from the Mad Cornish Projectionist.
