The Reckoning, will premiere this weekend in Bellmore, NY, at the
Mezcla Latino International Film Festival (MLIFF). The MLIFF is
sponsored by the Mezcla Media Market, Inc., a not-for-profit
international Hispanic media organization that showcases and promotes
Hispanic artistic and literary work.
The Reckoning stars actors Jaime Velez ( Carlito's Way: Rise to Power,
Law & Order) and Monique Gabriela Curnen (Maria Full of Grace, Lady in
the Water) and is the story of a father whose prideful and overbearing
ways force him to avenge his daughter's stolen innocence by committing
