Subject: Autograph Session Info

The final details of the autograph sessions will go up later
this week. I'm still determing groups and times.

With 2,500 people attending this event, it would be
impossible for an person to sign for everybody. We
will be implementing a system whereby we hope that
while nobody would get all guests autographs,
everybody leaves with some autographs.

The guests will be split into groups of 4, as in our past
experience small groups can sign for far more people
than large ones. Each group will sign for a different
section of the audience each day.

We hope to get around 500 attendees through
each group each day; however, we cannot
guarantee that as some guests are slower
at signing than others.

For the vast majorirty of guests there is not
additional charge for an autograph. They will
sign one personal item. If it is Buffy or Angel
related it must be a liscenced item. They will
also sign up to 3 photos of them purchased
at the event.

For Alexis Denisof and Clare Kramer a minimum
of 1 photo must be purchased to go through
their autograph session. They will still sign a
personal item. Alexis will sign up to 2 photos
purchased at the event.

The guests reserve the right not to sign certain
items or for certain individuals.

Mobile phones, cameras and food will not be
permitted during the autograph session.

You will be given an autograph check card
with each guests name on it. You will need
to present this at each session. Anybody
breaking the rules will have their autograph
check card taken off of them.

We understand just how important it is for
each one of our attendees to get an autograph.
We will endeavour to ensure that as many of
you do. We ask all attendees to be realistic in
their expectations, and to work with us in trying
to get as many people autographs from our
guests as possible.

Subject: More Photo Session Info

We will endeavour to get the pictures taken during the
photo session signed by the actors. However, due to
the anticpated number of pictures that will be taken,
at EoD we will not be guaranteeing this.

Also, all pictures taken on the Friday and Saturday must
be collected. Due to administrative cost we will not be
forwarding those pictures.

Any pictures taken during the Sunday photo sessions that
are not collected will be displayed on the website, allowing
the relevant parties to contact us and forward to cos of
postage (sending a hard card envelope registered post
would cost £4:50).

Tickets for the Friday photo session will go on sale at 6pm
on Thursday 1st May, and remain on sale until the end of
each session.

Tickets for the Saturday photo session will go on sale at 6pm
on Friday 2nd May. Tickets for the Sunday photo session will
go on sale on Saturday 3rd May, exact time to be determined.

The photographers for the photo session are Dave Sumner
and Malcolm Houghton.

Forgot to mention.

Pictures of the guests will be priced at £10 each, with one
or two exceptions.

Pictures of Clare and Nicole together in BRING IT ON for a
double signature are £12; pictures of Tamara Gorski are £8;
pictures of Brody Hutzler out of character are £8; pictures
of Dayne Johnson and of Mike Massa are £6.
