Have inquiry on an old British Spy movie spoof of 007 films   Message List

Hello:
New here; joined this group in hopes you might help me in my inquiry.
Many years ago, there was a movie OR possibly a made-for-TV movie,
entitled:
' The Second Best Spy in the Whole World '
[an obvious spoof of James Bond films].

I personally thought t'was pretty good but that's just my opinion.
Cannot locate it on ebay or anywhere else. If there was a British
version of Yahoo Groups on their films or website specalizing in
British films for sale, I'd contact them.
Can anyone here help me? Wish to learn the year movie was made and
name of the British actor who played lead role.
Thanks.....Old Tom
