1970s, in an altered state or otherwise, Encore's "Midnight Movies:
From the Margin to the Mainstream" will be, forgive the expression, a
trip.

creep down memory lane will fully agree with the suggestion of its
producer-director, Stuart Samuels, and other participants that the
movies' sensibility and taste - or lack thereof - have been so
completely absorbed by the mainstream that midnight shockers are now
redundant."
