I know this is an old message, but I'm new to the group and since the question
doesn't appear to have been answered, he's six feet, although he's probably
not quite that tall now ( we all lose a little height as we get older).

I'm so happy to have found this group! I've been a long time fan of CPs, but
watching the "Sound of Music" again the other night made me swoon all over
again.

It goes without saying that he so very dashing and handsome (still!), but aside
from that, I am astounded by his talent. I keep hoping he'll bring "King Lear"
to LA one of these days. I would love to see him on the stage. I don't know
where he gets the energy, but it's so great to see him still going strong.
I've
read different biographies and there seems to be conflicting dates regarding
his birth. Some say 1927, others 1929. I believe that Chris himself said it's
1929, so I guess I'll take his word for it. ;-)
