Actually I can't remeber anymore but I found out about it YEARS ago.
And then, a couple of weeks ago, I came across the 80's ressource
website (http://www.80sresource.net/slater) and there are some scans
of rare articles that were published in the early and mid-nineties -
and finally there it was. Problem is you can read only 2 pages of it -
the rest is just a blur.
But well, I hope we'll be able to read it soon.
