"They Don't Call Him 'Big Spender' For Nothing!" WELCOME to the FIRST Yahoo! club dedicated to Canadian actor, Chris Owens, the man behind The X.Files character Agent Jeffrey Spender.
I figured since there weren't any clubs here for Chris, and seeing that I'm a Spender Defender, that I would start a club for him! So come on in, and let's share some thoughts about this wonderful actor and the many characters he has portrayed.
