-Tony, have to agree wholeheartedly with you on this. If you put
yourself on a CASH basis and spend less than you make,you will always
have money. Paying out a significant portion of your income in
interest payments gets you nothing. This philosophy however, is
unpopular with the "Gotta Have It" folks. Faced with a mountain of
debt at the end of each month, they live in a state of constant
stress. The state of the economy now is the result of this type of
thinking.Seems many don't want to realize there is a tomorrow, and
eventually, the money you borrow has to be repaid.-- In
